The Saskatchewan Conservation Data Centre is proud to be part of the new, Bird Studies Canada, Saskatchewan Breeding Bird Atlas. Please keep checking the website for exciting new developments.

If you are interested in viewing the historic Atlas of Saskatchewan Birds Project data please check out the new HABISask website. HABISask (Hunting, Angling and Biodiversity Information of Saskatchewan), is a new Government of Saskatchewan online mapping application. The Saskatchewan Bird Atlas Application site was retired as of October 11th, 2016.

Bird location information can be accessed in HABISask through the Bird Species map layer within the Species layer group. There are two tools that can be used with this layer within the HABITools tab: Query Bird Species and Create Bird Species Checklist. For details on how to use these tools, consult the HABISask Users Guide.
